I have this from time to time but for past three days it has been frightening . I'm not on any Meds at the moment for my Parkinsonism.

I have days when I'm good for nothing. I try to just accept them. The days I am 'switched on' can be almost as bad with rapid, fractured thoughts. I click my fingers a lot when I'm like this, don't know why, but it sometimes helps with retrieving stuff. Or I just take a step back, deep breathe and relax. Even if it doesn't help me remember, it calms me down enough to not worry so much about forgetting or retrieving if that makes sense?

I think we are over medicated. That affects our memoriy and gives us fuzzy brains. Keep positive and smile a lot. Exercise every day and you will produce natural dopamine.

Go natural!!

I experience this when meds wear off and more towards the end of the day. Especially noticeable the tireder I am.

From what I have heard, this is a normal happening as PD progresses. My husband has them about every 3 to 4 weeks.
