i take it for RLS......and it has been a miracle. however, it put me to sleep when i first started taking it, the only side effect i ever had. this dissipated over time, and now i am left with just the excellent part of the drug

Sifrol (pramaprexole) is used to reduce tremors. I have found it quite effective with minimal side effects.
