No, I don't think and combination of drugs can make all symptoms disappear. But it can help a lot if you exercise regularly, and learn all you can about the disease, especially learn more about the ideal diet.

After my Doc increased my med from 1 to 1.5 3x daily, I feel the effectiveness has increased greatly, especially in speech, chewing, walking, typing, etc. Overall, everything improve for about 2-2.5 hours but when the drug wearing off, I feel jittery, unrest. So, during this time, I usually try to stretch, push up, tense up, anything that makes the jittery effect less obvious. So, if you don't feel the meds is working, it could be the doses is too small. You should consult your doctor and see if he will increase your doses. However, if you have sign of heart raising, short breath, jittery after taking the meds, it could mean that it's too much also. Hope it helps.
