Read Parkinson''s Disease for Dummies. It tells you what to expect and how you make yourself more comfortable. It tells you how to deal with new symptoms and gives you better understanding of the drugs your taking. It makes a great resource too. I recommend it. It has messages for caregivers too.

Davis Phinney Foundation has a comprehensive book. It is free to PD patients.
