But it may not be infection. i find when i'm "off" I cannot empty my bladder adequately but when i return to the"on" state it empties well. Urgency goes with Parkinsons. There are centers in the frontal lobes that inhibit urination until you send the word that you've reached the bathroom. Something isn't working well in my frontal lobes with this disease. and don't get me going about my amygdala... a happy amygdala controls the emotional response to whatever you're currently experiencing. i over respond to sad things like lost puppies, dying astronaut heroes from my long departed youth....this is probably pseudobulbar affect disorder, but i hate to add yet another medication to my brew. i haven't experienced abnormal laughing ...could have used some of that while preparing my taxes.
