Any Solutions To Blocking Out Distracting Noise?
A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

I used to be able to work when my husband was listening to music, but now it's too distracting (good ol' executive functioning). I'd like to be able to stay in the room with him without always having to ask him to shut off the music (which he loves). Anybody find good headphones or something else that can block the sound? I just can't think. Thanks.

Headsets or earplugs that work for shooters for target practice are excellent

Noise reducing or blocking ear plugs. Check out different ones at the drug store.

Bose headphones are incredible. They are expensive, but worth it.
