3 Things for quick relief.
1. Magnesium spray over the cramped area.
2. Elmore Oil rubbed over the spray on the painful area.
3.Heat a wheatpack or fill a hot water bottle to place on the effected area to go back to sleep.

I put a bar of soap in my bed helps. Sounds crazy but it works

Magnesium works but you need to get your body and mind fit and focused. Exersise (real hard) massage and relaxing breathing exercise they all are very good habits. Happy to expand more if interested.
