Hi all, just went to the doctor today and he has me trying out a new drug which prolongs the use of taking the carbidopa/Levo. Instead of me taking it every two hours, this drug MIGHT help me space it out to every 3 or 4 hours. We shall see. Let me know if anyone has tried it yet, any side effects? It is a once a day pill. It starts out at 50 mg, for one week, then you up it to 100 mgs. Thanks Bean

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, no it is not one pill instead of all the others you take, it is an additional pill. You still need to take all your other pills. So far I am on day four and I think I feel my meds not wearing off as quickly, I could be just dreaming but maybe too soon to say. I will let you all know if it seems to work for me. Bean
