My neurologist injects botox in my neck every three months, seems to help range of motion. Does anyone else have a hard time getting into a conversation and just not being able to come up with words. I'm so embarrassed, I don't talk much cause I have to repeat my speech is slurred and tone goes away.

My husband was tubing behind a boat, hit a big wave and jerked off tube. He hit his head hard. when he got back in the boat, he didn't know where he was are the people we were with. His memory slowly came back after two days. Dr. said it was like shaking a baby.
