I often have short term memory lapses. Sometimes it is word lspses when I can't think of a word.
How old is your husband? I am 78 and have short term memory losses. I sometimes find it difficult to recall some of my good friends' names. My Parkinson's nurse who saw me yesterday says that these memory losses are common at my age. She gave me some tests and puzzles which I did well. Keep doing crosswords, and other puzzles to keep your brain active.
I found that Melatonin 2mg (Circa) helps enormously. Has induced a regular sleep pattern. Before Taking this I dreaded going to bed at night.
Thank you, my husband is 62 and does puzzles and crossword puzzles as well.
Don't b sorry for questions .
