I’ve done quite a bit of research and have found the most positive information. My father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s over ten years ago and his symptoms are truly agonizing. I’m torn to see him suffering. Every day. The stem cell treatment seems to have great results. Any comments?
Right now there are no approved stem cell treatments for PD, and because of get-rich-quick-on-desperate-people, people have had serious problems from "clinical trials" that aren't really clinical trials. If it's experimental - and it is - and they're really researching, you should not have to pay. Check MJ Fox Foundation to find out the latest.
The stem cells are injected in his spinal cord just like an epidural. This way it will go through his nervous system and his brain. He will also be getting an IV through which he’ll be inserted more stem cells.
Hi, thank you for answering my question, I'm going for possible DBS treatment and want to ask as many questions as possible about what, why and when
Your reply was very helpful, thanks again, regards Gavin
Hi, I'm going to see about having DBS how and where do they inject? The Stem Cells?
