@ Ruth Hill - I take Entacapone with Sinemet for some month now - no nasty side effects. I hope this is helpful.

I took Comtan and it gave me terrible diarrhea. When I switched to Stalevo I didn't have that problem.

Yes, I take a combination of carbidopa levodopa and entacapone. Originally I was on stalevo, which is a combination of these 3, then I went to generic, which is still a combination of these 3. I seem to do well with it. How about you?
