Has anyone any other tips? Or does this help anyone?

My left hand tremor troubles me at night when I try to get some sleep. I take a slow release madopar capsule at bedtime which takes a while to work. My tremors lessen dramatically during sleep. I don't notice them much, but my wife claims they're still there.
Occasionally I would wake up and notice them, move away from my wife to not disturb her sleep, etc..
I told my Neurologist and he added two Sinemet 50/200 controlled release before bed about six months ago. They have eliminated my night time tremors and closed up some of my off/on cycles.
I'm retired, suffer from fatique, insomnia and constantly battle with irradic sleep patterns, but the controlled release formula has calmed my night tremors.

When I finally get to sleep my tremors are go away. But I rub a holes on my sheets by my feet. So I guess they must be moving a little.
