A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has any one had problems with there work , as they are trying to get rid of my husband saying he can’t do his job any more although he can do his job , just can’t do it at the speed they want him too , so they have given him less hours and seem to just keep him dangling on a string. Awaiting for a medical now .

what a great testimony for the benefits of exercise. I have been lucky because exercise has been part of my lifestyle for many years. I suppose if I stopped it , things would decline rapidly.

I had to sell my business because the stress was making me worse, I fired myself. I am 67 & could get SS . Now I have time to spend the mornings at the rec center taking care of me. I do water aerobics, Tai chi, silver sneakers and cycling. Exercise has done miracles! I can walk better, I dont shuffle, balance has improved, I am not tired all the time & I sleep better. We had to cut back a little but it was worth it.My husband was forced to retire fore other health reasons so we have made lemonade out of lemons.I hope things work out for you. God bless.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I tried one week without my exercise classes while on vacation and I am still not back to where I was before the trip.I can never stop my exercise classes. It was like every muscle in my body atrophied. My legs were the worst
