My husband has been coughing alot lately. Especially after he eats. Now he is hoarse like he is loosing his voice. Does anyone else have this problem?

Ask your neuro (or your primary care provider) for a referral for speech therapy - we get swallowing problems, and they can give you exercises and techniques to help. Coughing indicates that food/liquid may be aspirated - can cause pneumonia. This is serious, so phone for the referral.

He takes Omoperzole for acid reflex.
