I take Stalevo every 3.5 hours. It reduces my resting tremor quite a lot.
Remember 3 things.
Exercise is everything. Do as much as you can.
Positive attitude is equally important.
Never give up, never.

The fava bean product that I use is called Atremorine. It is made in Europe, I have been using it for about 2 yrs. just google it and you will find their web site.

ive been using levo dopa for at lease 16 years that is my main medecation for me it wonder drug with the pepal i now it doese nothing ffor treamor id like ti hear any body on the site if you thing it not so.

I use a powdered form of fava beans that is high in l-dopa that I like very much.
