I am going to be having oral surgery and I have parkinsons and kidney disease. I am having general anesthesia and was wondering if anyone has gone through this and what their outcome was.
Thanks.

I had a major operation (bowel cancer) and no problems with my Parkinson’s, there was a worry about my Cbd but that played no part in the op.But must remember everyone is differant" should be safe but speak with your surgeon and especially the athenasist they knoe best.

I have had general anesthesia 2x since my diagnosis Nov. 2015 without much of a problem. I have not had oral surgery combined with general anesthesia. BUT I did have my teeth cleaned and some dental repair done with local anesthesia and it was a very very unpleasant experience. My tremors were uncontrollable for hours and I was so anxious I nearly stopped mid-procedure. But it was soon all over and I was fine. I hope all goes well for you.
