Aunt's hearing aides no longer help and she does not want to spend the money to get new ones. I am frequently raising my voice so she can hear me and then she complains that I yell at her. I know I get frustrated some times and do not want her to feel bad...

I tell them in a softer voice to get hearing aids and then show them mine!
