I am very interested in finding aParkinsons exercise group. I am 71 years old, still work part time, but really don't enjoy exercise. Thinking maybe being with other people would motivate me.

Look up Rock Steady Boxing. It looks like they have one in Charleston. I just joined Rock Steady Boxing here in Texas. Check out their videos on youtube. It's a program for Parkinson's patients that uses non contact boxing to help with the symptoms. It's a great workout and puts you in contact with others who understand what you are going through.
Exercise is the best thing
Exercising with a group really does help.
My husband has great success with one on one physical therapist trained to deal with movement disorders. Hope you can find one in your part of the world.
boxing and spinning are great for you and also create community.
