I don't line in WV, but I found this from the WV PD Support group

....

Frankly, there aren’t many PD specialists in West Virginia; however there are many within a few hours’ drive of the state borders.
Below is a list of movement disorder specialists and physicians specializing in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
The benefit of seeing a movement disorder specialist, often affiliated with a major university or teaching hospital, is that they are usually on the cutting-edge of knowledge and treatment of PD and other movement disorders and are often best equipped to tailor a plan of care for you and your specific needs. A more complete listing of specialists, by zip code, can be found at http://www.PartnersInParkinsons.org

Do you live closer to WVU or UVA. My husband used UVA until we found specialized doctors at VCU-MCV here in our hometown Richmond VA.

My first consult was with Dr. Vincent Mielle at UPMC in Pittsburgh. He transferred me to a Dr. Alghaban with Associated Specialists in Weston. Both doctors seem to be really good and when I saw Dr. Alghaban I was really impressed with his willingness to take time with me and answer questions. His waiting room was full yet he treated me as though I was his only patient of the day. I appreciated that!
