They've just started trials in the US. “The goal of the focused ultrasound treatment is to both lessen the main symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, which include tremors, rigidity, and slow movement, as well as treat the dyskinesia that is a medication side effect, so that less medication is needed,” https://www.fusfoundation.org/news/129-press-ro...

Thank you. Very interesting information. I read the article from your link and then read the info on clinical trials.gov. — they provided a link to this site. It was helpful to me to read the eligibility data. There are exclusions and my husband, unfortunately, will be one because of his cardiac pacemaker. But this sounds promising for so many PD patients!
