Thiamine HCL will reverse many symptom both non motor and motor welll before it calms the most difficult symptom of tremor. Remember patience⏲⌛️

I’ve been taking Thiamine HCl 2000 mg (in two doses of 1000 mg each) for 2 weeks. Hasn’t helped tremors yet, but seems to be helping my constipation. No side effects noted. I shall continue on …

Most take their doses twice a day morning and noon is what is recommended
