Suggest you join the Facebook Private Group, "Parkinson's Thiamine HCL"
You will find all your answers here on the protocols for using B1HCL (Thiamine HCL). It is based on the findings and work of the late Dr Constantine of Italy who used high dose Thiamine B1HCL in his treatments of PD symptoms. I have been on it for around 8 months now and have slowly built up to taking 2 grams per day. It does seem to be helping with some symptoms, but I may have to increase the dose to 3 grams and see if this has better results. Dr Constantine had used up 6 grams, but just be cautious as to what adverse effects these very high doses may have, as not all people can tolerate it. You need to find out what level works for you and either increase or decrease to the right amount. However, Do not stop taking your PD medication, as Thiamine B1 hcl is not a substitute for your dopamine needs. Another point to note is, you must also take a vitamin B Complex capsule so that your system does not get out of balance with the other B vitamins. I would suggest discussing all this with your Doctor first, so that he is aware of things and just in case of any counter-contradictions with other medications you may be taking.
All the best
