I have slowed down my eating process mostly because I chew my food more to avoid chocking. Family and friends let me fill my plate first and I am still the last one done eating.
It is frustrating and embarrassing to me!

I tried the utensils, and didn't feel that they helped. I try to time my medicine closer to my meals so when they kick in, my tremors aren't so bad.

I tried the weighted utensils when I was in a Geriatric Evaluation and Management program. They and wrist weights didn't help ... but I think they would really help some people.
