I have recently started taking Sifrol ER .375 in the mornings with my breakfast. I started with 1 tablet for 3 days, then increase to 2 tablets for 3 days, then 3 tablet for 3 days, then 4 tablets a day. I was given this medication as I started having very painful leg cramps at night and wearing off of Stalevo through the day. . My symptoms, at the beginning, were fine tremors and rigidity with joint stiffness. Two 500 mg each, daily. If that helps to much, lol only take 1. Helps with constipation too.
