Yes. Hope that works for you. I have been trying lots of exercise turning my head from left to right until it hurts each time. Then trying to turn it further and further each day. It is still sore but I have been able to increase the range of movement a little. To see anything properly either side I really have to turn my whole torso. It is an issue with driving. How long have U had the problem?

I also have a stiff neck! I see a chiropractor but that has not helped. Physical Therapy no help, steroids helped for the first 3 days but exasperated my tremors. MRI showed some disc issues but not severe enough to explain the pain. I have a appointment scheduled to try acupuncture this week. Hoping!
