Prior to reading this report I was in the “yes” camp on neck pain being a PD symptom. Now I see this needs more study:

Had botox in my hands bc of severe dystonia but had a difficult time with getting to a good amount without making hands too loose and couldn't hold anything open fridge or dryer door. My big toe was locked after hip repair surgery and tried botox to loosen did not work so joint was removed and rod was placed in my toe.

Interesting, I don't have this problem yet.
