@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member My brother has been doing a lot of research into the Stanley family. If you are interested, I can send you his email and you can get more information regarding the family in Vermont and such. He did find out we are related to the Stanley tool company and they originated in Vermont.
I know what you mean about the podiatry part of the insurance. $9.47 is not worth the battle to get it paid.
Have been "lucky" so far, I guess. Not too much trouble getting claims paid by both Medicare and Tricare For Life. Only thing I wish they covered would be long-term physical therapy to maintain the level of physical well-being I am at right now. I hate to become more unable to do things.

I did our genealogy and I found Stanley's around Vermont and into Missouri very hard to trace the Stanley name. There were a lot of Stanley's during the Civil War that crossed over back and forth. I'm dropping the Podiatry part it's not worth $9.47

Do you know if you are related to the Stanley clan from Petoskey, Michigan at all? My Dad came from that part of the "Stanley" part of the family. How is you podiatry fight going for your husband?

We are in Oregon right now. My husband is from Sitka Alaska and his father was from Washington. Medicare is paying for the podiatrist my insurance is refusing to pay $9.47. It's no big deal it's just the principle of the thing right now.
