I was finding it difficult to get in and out of bed comfortably and I happened to notice that when wearing satin or silk underclothes that it helped me, so I now have complete satin sheets etc and find this helps a lot. Does anyone else use these things and find it helps manoeuvrability? The same goes for day clothing satin lined clothes make dressing easier.

Who is going to question what you're putting on the bed or wearing @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member? It is nobody else's business. If it helps you find dressing and turning over in bed easier I am all for its

I have found that using a disposable under pad makes it easier to move around in bed. The plastic backing slides easily over the bottom sheet. I can wear my favorite flannel nighties without being “stuck” to the bed.

I had satin sheet but the blanket kept sliding off. Satin PJs are easier. Switched to a winter coat with nylon lining - much easier to get on. Also have a piece of nylon on car seat - much easier than cloth seats to slide in and out (leather seats are okay, though)/
