Have Any Of You Taken Phenobabital To Help With The Spasms And Pain.

I have tried Motrin/Advil but always end up with tummy ache on top of the neck and truncal pain, but will look into the Cyclobenzaprine. I am taking Benztropine now 2x a day, but hasn't helped my walking with less effort, but maybe sleeping a tad better. Prayers for you my friend, I totally understand.

I have used the “ laughing gas “ as well it does help lots. I also meditate on calming and relaxing images and internal words that calm me. It all helps I find
