Has anyone seen results with this Mannitol Balance ?

My dad uses Mannitol Balance for the past 17 months, we have noticed a remarkable improvement.

No research to support it yet. Seems to work for some, not for others. Can cause diarrhea.

I googled Mannitol Balance, but what is the "balance" part? It didn't explain that. Is it that you simply use Mannitol?
