I have just started and at two weeks I'm walking better
Ben, I highly recommend the big and loud exercise routine. I’ve been doing it for four years 2 to 3 days a week.
It really works along with other exercises and physical therapy to aid in my balance.
I did the Big and Loud program a few years ago. It did help to some extent. I stopped doing the exercises a while after the program ended and my balance has gotten worse over time. I now do physical therapy with a company that specializes in balance and movement. I have just started but the program seems better fitted to those actions. I don't know if they are nationwide but it is Apex Physical Therapy. Google physical therapy and balance and call around. They also do Rock Steady Boxing. Good luck.
Hi Bean! I do the “big” portion of the Big and Loud on program every day. I’ve been doing it daily for a couple years. It does seem to help with balance. I do it in the morning right after breakfast.
