Mediction for my restless legs has kept me sane. I have been using Pramipexole (mirapex) for years. I was in the hospital about three years ago. Magnesium can be very helpful for muscle cramps. I know yours is a little different, but since I put my husband on 600 mg of Magnesium citrate each day, his restless legs and cramps have improved. it also helps with constipation, fyi!
