What triggers your symptoms?
I haven’t figured out yet what triggers mine, but looking for some clue.

I was diagnosed with PD 3.5 years ago. I have had an increasing amount of muscle tightness throughout my body, especially the legs. Six month ago I would get random neck tightness at different times of the day and night. I called my Neurologist and he suggested I see my cardiologist before seeing him. It turns out my throat tightness was a result of a blocked heart artery. It is good to check and see what your Neurologist thinks.

Hi Starseeker, I have to make sure I chew my food well, before swallowing. Something like boiled egg will trigger an esophageal spasm, if I'm not cautious. Taking nutritional supplements also require caution. I wonder if it sometimes might be an allergic reaction, I quit taking red rice yeast because thought I could see a correlation. It is scary, when something lodges.

Terribly scary and I get it. Seems like it is one of the many awful symptoms that we have to deal with!

I appreciate how you are feeling and I have no fix.. just keep fighting and never give up 🙏🏻

Anger, yes, sometimes, but I’m not putting it down to anything but daily struggles with life we all experience from time to time rather than anything specific.
