I am a 42-year-old female with what I believe to be Medication Induced Parkinsonism. So far I have been misdiagnosed with cervical spinal myelopathy and then with Essential Tremor. I am sure this is Parkinsonism induced by 20 years on Zoloft for migraine prevention, but I can't find a Neuro who will listen. Any suggestions? Thank you!
My wife is Parkinson's medicine related, no will step up and admit fault.
Antipsychotics
I have drug induced parkinsonism too!!! I have a great neurologist here in Houston...hope you'll find a good one!
Yes. I've been to a general Neurologist and a Movement Disorder Specialist.
Believe more no Dr will say anything concerning another Drs medications or diagnosis. Been to Law Firms, you will have to sue all Companys that manufacture medicine given to your wife, which one are we going to sue, which combination of meds taken are we looking at. This could take years, they will have you tied up in court pass you life time, they have the money to do that to you.
