Ran out of CoQ10, so have missed several days' of doses. Don't notice any change in my wellbeing. Also take 3 mg Melatonin to help me sleep, and it works very well.
My neuro said research. Shows no chg in Pd after taking Coq 10. Im for anything that works. But its indivuallu. If you take it and dont need it its going to be eliminated by
Your kidneys. Its a waste of money. This is my opinion.
My husbands neurologist suggested he try the medication Gabapentin, helps with restless leg syndrome and helps you sleep. This has helped him a lot. He also takes 5 mg of melatonin at night.
