I know of few people with PD that are on many vitamins. I asked my MDS last year if she could give me some recommendations for vitamins, and she said if I stuck to a healthy eating plan, I shouldn't need vitamins??? Disregarding her opinion, I still take a B Complex, and I think it helps. I am going to start a multi-vitamin as well because my appetite is not good and I never eat 3 meals a day. Can't figure out why anyone wouldn't take vitamins. Would think the benefits would be better than nothing, but I'm not a Dr.....

I take a B Complex, B-12, Vit D and a multi Vit. When I was first diagnosed, they put me on B vitamins right away. I must admit I am not good about keeping up with my vitamins
