I like the Lorezapram idea. These small but mighty pills help me calm down when im in OFF time hell. Might work for restless leg or tremors too

it definitely affects our body temp some days i cant get warm and some nights i can get cool enough so i use a fan on low focussed on me so my fiancee isnt disturbed and the rest i deal with clothes and i don't care what i look like i want to be comfortable

My husband anxiety so bad puts him in panic attack has aircondinerand fan need I say it's cold out I'm dress like winter with blankets he has a sheet is this normal
