My husband started using marijuana only thing that would relieve the pain in his legs.

I use pure magnesium oil on my hwp and this relieves his cramps and aching. Also use 20 minutes before bedtime to relieve restless legs for myself.

At times I can get really bad muscle cramps with awful pain. I would love some tips on how to relieve it.

I was also advised to take medicines with plain Mineral water as it helps dissolve faster. Leg cramps depending on severity i sometimes get my fiancee to massage my legs with tea tree oil and eucalyptus lotion during which i generally nod off. i found deep and other heating rubs tended to inflame the cramps. And yes 2 litres of water a day and i was also advised 4 cups of coffee a day apparently caffeine is our friend, 2 strong cups in morning one at lunch and one in afternoon or evening depending on your caffeine tolerance with sleeping
