Exelon will not help hallucinations. I have been on it for several years. It helps with the mental “fog” that so many of us experience.

I get audiological hallucinations at night often waking me up.. The are things like the phone going just one ring but nothing on recorded about someone calling , things falling on the floor, rustling noises, nothing frightening but rather annoying! They started when I was put on Amantadine 100 mg and I was supposed to take them twice a day but am reluctant to increase it in case the hallucinations get worse. I intend asking my Consultant about it when I finally get to see him on February 19 and the last time I saw him was 3 years ago!
