I feel like I have tremors in my brain too. I get a twitch in my left eye but it doesn’t show on the outside. Sometimes my eyelids close and I have to work at making them open. But my external tremors are Much improved. Crazy stuff! I take my meds and I exercise and in general life is good. I take my meds and I exercise!

Always, if I'm not shaken on the outside my inside goes crazy shaken every thing even my brain which can only be described as baby shaking syndrome cuz my brain feels the size of a baseball and my scull bigger but my brain shakes around and only I know its happening

I get them in my hand and chest. In my hand it feels like the hand is tremoring really bad but when i look at it, its sitting still. In the chest it feels like im vibrating inside.

My eye twitches. It is not visible in the mirror or by anyone else. I also feel that my thought process sometimes has tremors. Hard to describe but I feel that I do have internal tremors. Others?
