Just before I wake up after a good night sleep, I have that but it goes away within 10 seconds or so
Yes unfortunately it's part of your disease and you are right it's annoying, but it could be worse I also have Essential Tumors so my head bounces up and down pretty much all day long , it's really annoying , but I'll tell you a funny story , so I go to church every Sunday morning , well we get a new pastor and he is doing his thing preaching out of the Bible and when he was done , he says to his wife that guy really got my sermon l I mean he was agreeing with everything I said . She just laughed and said I don't think it was your sermon !! I hope that at least made you smile , and remember we are all the same just different things that this disease will take from us without asking , so stay positive and strong and keep on fighting with everything you have , and when you have no more still keep fighting ...
My internal tremors affects my jaw, it goes from side to side and my teeth chatter. ( Fun, huh??? )
