I've read that internal tremors are the very beginnings of PD.
My dad had PD, and Ive started getting internal tremors.
Has anyone experienced that?

I break apart the Rytary capsules and mix the powder with yogurt which helps
when constipated.
Also exercise might help as well.

Internal Tremors.
I also have internal Tremors. According to my Nuerologist this is quite usual. I take Sinemet 25/100 mg x2, 6 times a day plus Azlitec once daily. Also Neupro patches 16 mg daily. They are having less and less effect, so have elected to have DBS to stop tremors. Due on 4th December, Covid permitting.

I had Panic attacks for twenty years until I found Paxil. After I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s my panic attacks came back. My Paxil was raised from 20 mg to 60 mg. No more panic attacks.

Yes i started out 4 years ago with extreme anxiety and was being treated for that thru a psychiatrist. My husband and doctor noticed my right arm would not swing when I walked and my handwriting was cramped, and I had slower movements than normal. They sent me to a movement disorder neurologist who diagnosed me with Parkinsonson’s. So yes the internal tremors were the terrible anxiety I had due to the disease. The cardiopa levodopa helps with all of that and I also 60 mg of Zoloft a day. I feel the combo of both help with the internal tremors,
