I have been taking pramapexole for years , works very well. I noticed you have take it at the same time every day if not I can feel the tingling start. right now I am taking two .75mg in the evening good luck

I did not have much success with dopamine agonists. I remember not sleeping well when taking those. I had vivid dreams and "acted out" frequently. I went to carbidopa/levadopa and did much better. I understand, though, that many people have had good results with that class of drugs. Good luck!
