As you lose more and more dopamine cells in your brain you need to find peace and quiet because the more the cells fire up in your brain for example when you're speaking arguing or under pressure the more your arm will move. I got me a 2 lb wrist weight from Amazon that helps me a lot during the day just stabilizes my hand so it won't be so embarrassing shaking everywhere let me send you the direct link.

Check this out at Amazon

I, too, have spinal stenosis, so it is hard to determine whether my weakness is due to the stenosis or Parkinson's. (I broke my back in 2017) But I do have a tremor, which is how I was diagnosed. I walk to the store daily for exercise, but I have to watch where I'm going - I don't dare do things like some folks, looking at their phone while they're walking, etc.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I’fortunate in that l have no tremor but Parkinson’s combined with spinal stenosis has left me with weak arms and. Legs. I goto wheelchair exercise class each week which. Is as,good for yhe social aspects as it iss for the exercise..

We use weights and bands for exercise, but sometimes l just can’t hold the weights but weighted wrist bands are much easierto ms
