My HWP not only involuntarily closes his eyes, bu cannot open them very well as wanted/needed. He squeezes his eyes shut more, as he's trying to open them. That has caused undo pressure/Glaucoma in both eyes. He gets Botox, which helps, but needs it more often than recommended. One eye too advanced, but other eye could benefit.
