I am opposed to taking levadopa or most other prescription drugs associated with Parkinsons. I would rather pursue natural treatment and remedy. What would advise for dietary intake?

If your symptoms aren't affecting your life much, then you can probably wait to take any medications. If you can't walk or fall a lot or if the shaking is so disruptive you can't do a lot of things that you need to do, then you'll probably need to start taking them. My husband hates taking medication, but when he started festinating and falling, he knew he needed to do something. The c/l had an almost immediate effect.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member I understand how you feel. Unfortunately, outside of healthy eating and regular exercise I know of nothing else. I hope someone has some insight to share.
