I subscribe to Freshly. Precooked. Just reheat in microwave for 3 minutes. No, actually so very very good, healthy, and good tasting. I live alone.

There are so many healthy alternatives to heavy meat hearty meals.. We frequently do tacos with black beans or roasted veggies To me recipes are just guide lines. Anything can be adapted to suit your needs or tastes. Our dinner tonight was a corn, curry chowder and a beet citrus salad.Delicious.

Try portobello mushrooms to substitute meat We do a beef burgundy with polenta or mashed potatoes in place of meat. It is gluten and dairy free and is a hearty main dish. Just google and your will find several variations.

I love avocados but they have to be just the right kind of ripe. Some get tossed out to the local deer if I donā€™t catch them in time. I might have one for a snack with some salt.

We tried BLUE CHEF. The meals take a little work but all are made in lless than an hour. They are really good the ones I had. Try maybe meals on wheels, that way you don't have to cook. Good Luck
