A MyParkinsonsTeam Member asked a question đź’

Specifically, trouble saying a whole sentence, and getting winded half way through.
trouble saying certain words (can't think of specific words off the top of my head), and any other speech issues?
Thanks.

I just found out that besides exercising alot, I have to watch my posture, pick my feet up I also have to watch what and how I eat don't want to choke. But I'm also have to do facial expressions and exercise WOW!!! This disease is going to keep me busy.
