My husband has been diagnosed with PD for 7 years. His voice is very low and one on one conversations are difficult because of low voice. I get so tired of asking him to”say it again louder”

I was having the same issue, but after only 4 weeks (4 sessions) of speech therapy, people are noticing a difference. I have homework every week, simple exercises to do every day, but between that and what the therapist does, I’m improving more than I ever thought possible. He is treating me for difficulty swallowing, too.

Please share the brand name of the voice amplifier you use. There are many on the market with a wide range of prices.

I bought myself a battery powered loud speaker on amazon, so my husband, who has hearing problems, could hear what I am saying. it seemed like the most cost effective solution, at abour 25 dollars.

I’m a little surprised that there have been no recommendations. I have googled this and there are several on the market but I was hoping to get someone with actual experience with a device
